Upadhye Classes

Upadhye Classes is based in Mayur Colony, which is a nice part of Kothrud. We are on the second floor of Suvan Apartment, specifically in units 5 and 6. If you are looking for us, we are right opposite Jog High School. Being near a school is handy because that’s where most of our students come from. The apartment isn't fancy, just a regular residential building where we’ve set up our classrooms. We have some benches and a board in each room. It gets a bit crowded in the afternoons when the batches change over. You can hear the sounds of the school across the street during the day. We’ve been working out of this Kothrud location for quite some time now. The staff consists of a few of us who have lived in Pune for years. We don't have a big corporate office or anything. It's just a place where we teach. The stairs can be a bit steep, but everyone manages to get up here. We keep our own schedules and handle the cleaning ourselves mostly. It’s a very local, neighborhood kind of business. People stop by to ask about timings while they are out running errands. We just try to stay organized and keep the classes running on time every day. It’s a basic, honest way to make a living for us and we like it.
