Unknown Waters

Our office is in Flat No A2 at Tejashree Sankul. It’s right near Damodar Society in Pune, postcode 411037. If you know the area, it is a pretty standard residential-commercial mix. Unknown Waters operates out of this flat, and it is a bit of a tight squeeze when everyone is in at the same time. The building is older, so the lift makes some strange noises sometimes, but it usually gets us to the floor. We are right in the middle of a busy neighborhood, so there is always the sound of traffic and people talking outside. Inside, it is just us with our laptops and a few filing cabinets that don't always lock right. We don't have any big decorations or anything. There is a tea stall nearby where we go when we need a break from the screen. The address is easy to find if you are familiar with the landmarks around Damodar Society. We have a small sign on the door, but it’s easy to miss. Most of our day is spent sitting around the main table, working through whatever needs to be done. It is a very plain environment, no corporate vibes at all. It just feels like a bunch of people working in a house. We like it that way because it is less stressful than a formal office. Just a regular Pune spot where we get our daily work finished.
