Our workshop is located at Survey Number 36/2/7 on the Narhe Dhayari Road in Narhegaon. It’s on the outskirts of Pune, which is good because we have a bit more space than we would in the city center. We focus on orbital systems, which sounds complicated, but to us, it’s just the daily grind of welding and assembly. The road outside can get quite dusty with all the construction happening nearby, but inside the unit, we try to keep things as clean as possible for the machines. I started this with a couple of others, and we’ve just grown slowly over the years. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy brochures. Usually, it’s just one of us answering the phone while trying to finish a job. The work is very technical, and it requires a lot of patience. Sometimes a single piece takes all day to get right. We don't mind that because rushing usually leads to mistakes. We have a few regular customers who have been coming to Narhegaon to see us for a long time. They know we’re just a practical shop doing honest work. We don't make big promises we can't keep. We just look at the drawings, tell you if we can do it, and then get started. It’s a simple way of doing business, but it works for us. Our families live nearby too, so it feels like a real local operation for everyone involved.
