Universal Hunt Services Pvt. Ltd is over at Surya Terrace in Vishrantwadi, right on the third floor. We’ve been in this Partik Nagar spot for quite some time now. Our office, A-9, isn't anything special to look at, just a regular workplace with desks and a lot of paper. We spend most of our time dealing with recruitment and helping companies find the people they need. It gets pretty busy around here, especially in the mornings when the traffic on the road outside is loud. We aren't a huge corporation with fancy lobbies. It’s just a small team of us working through piles of resumes and making phone calls. Most of us take the bus or ride our scooters to get here every day. We usually grab tea from the stall downstairs during our breaks. The elevator in the building can be a bit slow, so we often just take the stairs to the third floor. We don't have any big speeches about what we do. We just try to get the right names to the right businesses. Some days are slow and we just tidy up the files, but other days the phones don't stop ringing. It’s a steady kind of life. We like being in Pune because there’s always something happening in the job market. We’ve learned how to spot a good candidate just by talking to them for a few minutes. It's a practical business and we just keep at it day after day.
