We are based out of Chaitnay in Ratna Deep Colony, right on Wakad Road in the Thergaon area. It is a pretty active part of Pune-33. Our office is basically a practical workspace where we manage various services for our clients. We have been in this spot for a bit, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the traffic outside on Wakad Road. Inside, it’s mostly the sound of keyboards clicking and the occasional fan overhead. We have a small corner for files and a few chairs for when people visit. It isn't a high-end corporate suite, just a place with four walls where we do our daily tasks. We deal with a lot of paperwork and digital records every single day. The tea guy comes around twice a day, which is usually the highlight of our afternoon. We don’t really have a big marketing plan; we just do what needs to be done. If someone needs help with a service we offer, we talk it through and see if we can help. Sometimes we stay late when there is a lot of work, and other times we finish early if things are quiet. The colony is nice and it feels like we are part of the neighborhood. We don’t have fancy uniforms or a lobby. We just have our desks and our phones. It’s a straightforward way to run things, and we prefer it that way without any extra fuss.
