Our office is located at Flat No. 305, Wing A, in the Sai Exotique building. This is over in the Baghwasti area of Chikhali, which is part of Pimpri Chinchwad. It’s a growing part of the city and we’ve been here for a little while now. We handle our export hub operations from this third-floor flat. It’s a bit of an unconventional office, but it works for us. We have everything set up with our computers and files to keep track of the shipments. We aren't a big, fancy company with a lot of layers. If you call us, you’ll probably talk to one of the people actually doing the work. We spend our days coordinating with different suppliers and checking on delivery dates. It’s a lot of mundane stuff, but it’s important. The area around Chikhali is always under development, so there’s always something changing outside. We don’t have any polished mission statements or anything like that. We just want to make sure the goods get to where they’re going. It’s a practical business and we treat it that way. We like the quiet of being in this building. It helps us focus on the paperwork. We’re just a small outfit doing our best. Sometimes we have to run down to the lobby to meet a courier.
