Bora Export

We are based out on Shirapor Road in Chakan. If you know the area, you know it's full of trucks and manufacturing plants. Bora Export fits right in there. Our place is more of a functional space than a corporate office. There is a lot of dust because of all the construction and the heavy vehicles passing by. We spend our time coordinating shipments and checking on the quality of goods. It’s a gritty part of the region, but it's where the real work happens. We don't have fancy carpets or a receptionist. Usually, you’ll just find one of us in a pair of jeans, checking a list on a clipboard. The weather in Chakan can be quite harsh, either very hot or very rainy, but we just keep the doors open and get on with it. We’ve had this spot for years. It’s close to where the action is, which makes it easier for us to watch over the exports. The office is small and the furniture is a bit old, but it serves its purpose. We deal with local suppliers and international buyers every day. There’s always a truck waiting outside or a driver looking for directions. It’s not a quiet life, but it’s what we know. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to stay ahead of the schedule. There is no point in pretending to be something we are not.
