Bbj Export is located at No. 1702/03 on RS Kedari Road in the Pune Camp area. Pune Camp has its own distinct feel compared to the rest of the city; it’s older, and the roads are lined with shops that have been there for decades. Our office is a straightforward space where we manage our export business. We’re not one of those big tech firms you see in Hinjewadi. We’re more about physical products and the logistics of moving them across borders. The office is usually cluttered with documents and the occasional sample box that someone hasn't moved yet. Kedari Road can get quite congested, especially in the evenings, but it’s a good spot because we’re close to everything we need. We spend our mornings catching up on the overnight news regarding shipping routes and then move on to the actual paperwork. It’s a lot of sitting at desks and talking to transport agents on the phone. The building we’re in is an older one, so it has high ceilings and big windows that let in a lot of light, which is nice when it isn't too hot. We don't really have a big corporate hierarchy here. We all just pitch in and do what needs to be done to make sure the exports go out on time. It’s a steady kind of work, and while it isn't always exciting, it’s what we know. We like the neighborhood, especially the small tea shops.
