If you’re looking for Uday Sirs, we’re tucked away on Kothrud T P Road 14. It’s a quiet enough spot compared to the main roads, which helps when people are trying to focus. We’ve been operating out of this space for some time. It’s not a big corporate building or a massive institute, just a place where students come to get some extra help with their studies. Most of the folks who come here are from around Kothrud, so we know the families and the local schools pretty well. The rooms are basic with just the usual benches and boards. We don't spend much on decorations or big advertisements because most people find out about us from their neighbors or friends. Sometimes the place gets a bit loud when classes are switching over, but that's just how it goes. We try to keep a regular schedule, though things can get a bit flexible depending on what the students need. It’s a very local operation. We handle everything ourselves, from cleaning the place to answering the phone. There isn't any big hierarchy here. If you walk in, you’ll probably see one of us sitting right there ready to talk. It's just a straightforward teaching setup where the focus is on the lessons and nothing else. We like it that way and the students seem to agree. Most of our work happens in the late afternoons when schools get out.
