At 213 Fatima Nagar. Near the Dena Bank. If you see the bank, you’re almost there. We have rows of plants everywhere. It’s a lot of green in a busy area. We spend most of our time with dirt under our fingernails. Watering starts early before the sun gets too high. We have all kinds of things growing. Some are in small plastic bags, some in pots. The ground is usually a bit wet. You have to watch your step. People come in looking for something to put on their balcony or in their yard. We don't have a big sales pitch. We just show them what’s healthy. The noise from the street is always there, but once you get inside among the trees, it feels a bit quieter. Dena Bank is the best landmark to tell people. We’ve been here at Fatima Nagar for several years now. The shed out back is where we keep the tools and the extra soil. It’s a bit messy, but we know where everything is. We don’t have fancy signs. Just the plants and us. Sometimes the neighbors come by just to look at the flowers when they bloom. We don’t mind. It’s nice to have some life around. We just keep planting and pruning. It’s a slow kind of business, but we like it. The seasons dictate what we do. Winter is for some flowers and summer is for others. We just follow the sun and the rain.
