You can find Tropicaal Waters India Pvt. Ltd. over in the Mega Center in Hadapsar. We occupy units K-407, 408, and 409. Having three spots next to each other gives us enough room to keep our equipment and our small office staff organized. We spend most of our time dealing with water systems and related hardware. Hadapsar is a busy part of the city, so there is always something going on outside our doors. Inside, we are usually busy answering calls or checking on orders. We have a lot of pipes, filters, and tanks that come through here. It’s a lot of physical work moving things around, but we have a routine that works for us. The team is small, mostly people from the local neighborhood who have learned the trade over the years. We aren't interested in being the biggest company out there, just in making sure the people who buy from us get what they need. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with paperwork and parts catalogs, but we know where everything is. We take our work seriously but we don't act like we are in a corporate boardroom. It’s more of a hands-on environment where you might see one of us with a wrench in hand one minute and on the phone the next. It is a steady pace of work that keeps us going through the week.
