Our office is tucked away on the first floor of Pushpa Heights, right at the Bibwewadi Corner. It’s a busy intersection, so there’s always the sound of horns and bikes outside our windows. Transparent Energy Systems Pvt. Ltd. has been based here for a good while, and most of us are used to the climb up the stairs every morning. The space isn't huge, but we’ve managed to fit in all the desks and drawing boards we need for our engineering work. We spend a lot of time looking at energy charts and system designs. It’s not the quietest place in Pune, especially with the shops downstairs, but it feels like home to us. The walls are covered with old calendars and a few diagrams that have been there forever. We usually have a lot of site visits to manage, so someone is always coming or going with a helmet and a bag of tools. When we are all in the office, it gets quite lively with everyone talking over each other to solve a technical problem. We don’t have fancy furniture or a modern breakroom. Most of us just grab a snack from the local vendors nearby during the afternoon lull. It’s a straightforward operation. We focus on the heat recovery and energy stuff without making a big fuss about it. The work is steady and the team knows what needs to get done each day. Everyone just chips in here.
