You can find Transfix India Pvt. Ltd. over at Plot No. E-90 in the Ranjangaon MIDC area. We’re tucked away in Koregaon Village, which is part of Taluka Shirur. The industrial zone is a busy place, with lots of different factories around us. Here at our plot, we focus on the assembly and the parts. It’s a lot of manual work, so the floor stays pretty focused. We aren’t really into big fancy offices. Our space is mostly taken up by tools, benches, and the items we work on. It gets a bit noisy when the machines are all running at once, but that’s the sound of work getting done. The guys on the floor know their stuff and they don’t waste much time. We have tea breaks in the small corner we set aside for it, which is when we catch up on things. It's a very straightforward way of working. We don't have a PR department or anything like that. We just have a bunch of people who are good with their hands and understand how things need to be put together. Being in Ranjangaon means we are part of a bigger hub, but inside E-90, we just worry about our own tasks. It’s a solid place to work if you don't mind getting a bit of oil on your shirt now and then.
