Trainee Recruiter

Trainee Recruiter is based over in Wanorie at Sacred Heart Town. Our office is G-1, so it’s easy enough to find if you’re looking. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at resumes, trying to match folks with jobs. It’s one of those things that sounds simple but takes up a lot of the day. Pune-40 is a busy enough area, and being in Sacred Heart Town means there is always something happening outside the window. We aren't a massive corporate firm with hundreds of people. It’s just a small team of us here. We deal with people who are just starting out or looking for a change. Sometimes the office gets a bit cramped with all the paperwork, but that’s just how it goes in recruitment. We’ve been in this spot for some time now. You get used to the commute and the people you see every day. Most of our work is just talking to people and understanding what they’re looking for. There isn't any magic to it, just persistence and a lot of follow-up calls. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or anything. We just turn up, do the work, and try to help people find where they need to be. It’s a regular job in a regular part of Pune. We hope the coffee stays warm and the candidates actually show up for their interviews. It’s a living, and we do it every day without much fuss.
