Total Staff Solutions

We are based in the Bahirat Patil Complex, which is at 1090/B in Shivajinagar. We are in the Model Colony area, which is a nice, green part of the city with a lot of character. Our company is Total Staff Solutions. The complex is an older building, and our office has that same traditional feel to it. We have big windows that let in some light, which is nice during the day. We work on staffing and recruitment, so we get a lot of people coming in and out. We have a few desks and a lot of cabinets where we keep all the paperwork. It’s not a high-tech office with fancy gadgets. We just use our computers and phones to get the work done. The atmosphere here is usually pretty quiet, except when the phones start ringing all at once. We have a small pantry where we keep a kettle for tea. Model Colony is a great place to be because it’s central but doesn't feel as frantic as some other parts of Pune. We’ve been here for quite a while and we like the steady pace of the neighborhood. The staff is just a small group of people who have been working together for years. We don’t have any corporate slogans or big missions. We just show up every morning and do the work that needs to be done. It’s a simple and honest operation where we just try our best.
