Total Staff Solution

We are Total Staff Solution, and you can find us at the Ajmera Housing Society. Specifically, we are in Bldg-A7, Flat-001, in the Bhawanipeth area of Pune-411042. Being on the ground floor makes it easy for people to find us without wandering around too much. The office is a regular flat that we’ve converted into a workspace. It’s not a polished showroom; it’s a place where work actually happens. We have desks, chairs, and filing cabinets squeezed into the rooms. Bhawanipeth is a busy part of the city, and there’s always something happening outside our door. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a coffee machine that makes lattes. We just have a kettle and a lot of work to do. The team here is pretty small, and we’ve all been working together for a while now. We don’t use a lot of big words or try to impress people with fancy presentations. We just answer the phone, talk to the people who walk in, and try to solve the problems that come our way. It gets a bit noisy sometimes with the traffic and the neighbors, but that’s just Pune life. We like being tucked away in Ajmera Housing Society because it feels like a real community. We’re just regular people doing a job, and we try to do it well without making things complicated or overthinking every little detail that comes up in our day-to-day work.
