Working out of Yashiharsh Bunglow in Shivajinagar is a bit different than being in a regular office building. It’s located at 1187/4 and has that old Pune feel to it, which is quite nice when you’re staring at computer screens all day. We deal with a lot of data and job listings, as you might expect given the name. The atmosphere inside the bungalow is usually pretty focused. We have our desks set up and we spend a lot of time coordinating with different people across the city. Shivajinagar is a central spot, so it’s easy for folks to find us, even if the traffic on the main roads can get pretty clogged up during peak hours. We don't have a big corporate lobby with a fountain or anything like that. It’s just a house that’s been turned into a workplace. We have our tea breaks in the small outdoor space when the weather allows. It helps to clear the head. The internet can be a bit finicky sometimes, which is a headache, but we manage to get through the daily tasks. We’ve got a mix of younger staff and some who have been around for years. We just keep plugging away at the lists and the emails, trying to keep everything updated. It’s a steady pace here. We aren't trying to change the world; we’re just doing our bit in the recruitment space from our little corner of Pune without making any fancy promises.
