Timejobs

We are based out of the Iris building in Magarpatta City, which is basically a whole different world inside Pune. Our spot is I-804, so we are up a few floors where you can see some of the other buildings and a bit of Hadapsar if the weather is clear enough. Timejobs has been running from here for a bit now. It is just a regular office space, nothing too flashy or like those tech offices you see on TV with the slides and free snacks. We have our desks, some old computers that sometimes take a minute to wake up, and a lot of phone lines that stay pretty busy throughout the day. People come by sometimes, but mostly it is just us handling things over the phone or through the computer. The Magarpatta area is nice because you can walk around for lunch, though the traffic getting in and out of the main gates at peak hours is a real headache that everyone here complains about at least once a day. We don't really do the corporate mission statement thing. We just show up, try to help people find work or sort out their job stuff, and then head home when the sun goes down. It's a simple setup in a big complex. We know the security guards by name and the tea stall nearby is where most of our big decisions get made during the afternoon break. That is pretty much the whole story of us.
