We operate out of the A Wing in Sagar Complex, which is right opposite the Kasarwadi Railway Station in Pune. Being so close to the station means we hear the trains coming and going all day long. It’s a constant rhythm that we’ve all gotten used to. Our space is part of the Mahindra Ashtech Ltd. area, shared with a few other folks. It’s a typical office complex vibe—concrete floors, fluorescent lights, and the sound of people typing. We have Nivendra S. Mahajan heading things up here. The office isn't anything special to look at. We have the usual rows of desks and some filing cabinets that are overflowing with folders. There is a small pantry where we make coffee, and that’s usually where the best conversations happen. The commute is easy for most of us because of the train, so the office fills up pretty early. We don't really do much in the way of fancy presentations or big meetings. Most of our work is just staying on top of the daily grind and making sure nothing slips through the cracks. The windows are usually closed to keep out the dust from the station road, but you can still hear the announcements from the platform. It’s a practical place for people who just want to get their work done and then catch the train back home. No one here is trying to impress anyone.
