Tikone Farmers Producer Company Limited

We are a group of farmers who decided to get together and start this company. Our main base is over in Thergaon, Pune, specifically in Sai India Park at S. No. 13/17. We use Flat 503 in Building C for all our administrative stuff. Being a producer company means we spend a lot of time coordinating between different growers in the region. It’s not always a smooth process. Sometimes people disagree on how things should be handled or what we should plant next season. But that’s what happens when you have real people involved. We aren't some distant corporation. We are the same people you see out in the fields near Pune. Our office in Thergaon is where we handle the sales side and the logistics. It can get pretty hectic when a big load of produce is ready to go. We have to make sure everything is graded and packed correctly. It’s a lot of early mornings and late nights. We don't have fancy uniforms or a polished image. Most of us are more comfortable in the mud than in a suit. We just want to make sure the work we do on the farm actually pays off. It’s a struggle sometimes with market prices and weather, but we stick together. We don't promise miracles, just hard work and a fair shake for the farmers in our group. It's a local thing for local people, run by people who actually know the land.
