Our place is right at Hartali Phata, which is near the Bhatghar Dam on the road between Pune and Bhor. It is a pretty well-known spot if you are traveling through the Tal-Khandala area in Satara district. We do biotech work, mostly focusing on agricultural things and plants. Being out here near the dam means we are away from the main city rush, which is good for the kind of work we do. The building we work in is simple and has what we need, like our lab space and some storage areas for the supplies. We have a small group of people working here, and we all just pitch in to get the daily tasks done. Sometimes the roads get a bit difficult during the heavy monsoon rains, but we manage to keep things moving. We spend a good part of the day checking on our plant samples and making sure everything is growing like it should. It is not a glamorous job, just a lot of routine stuff like cleaning equipment and recording data. We get our supplies delivered by truck and we send out our products the same way. People around here know us as the biotech spot on the way to Bhor. We just focus on our work and try to keep things running smoothly without too much fuss. There is always a lot of cleaning to do in the lab areas. It is quiet out here most of the time.
