Third Wave Hrd Pvt Ltd is based out of Pimpri, specifically at number 4 in the Dhanshri Housing Society. We are tucked away right behind the Ashok Theatre, which is a good landmark if you are trying to find us for the first time. The housing society is usually quiet, which is a nice change from the main road noise you usually get in Pune. Our space is just a regular office setup where we handle a lot of human resources stuff and paperwork. It is not a huge place, but there is enough room for us to sit down and get through the hiring details and resumes that come our way every day. Sometimes the mail gets delivered to the wrong flat because the numbering in the society is a bit confusing to the new postmen, but we just walk it over to the neighbors when that happens. We have a couple of old cupboards filled with folders and some computers that have seen better days. The light in the hallway flickers sometimes and we keep meaning to get the landlord to fix it, but it hasn't happened yet. Most of the time, we are just focused on the tasks at hand and trying to make sure everything is sorted out correctly for the people we deal with. It is a simple place to work and we like being in this part of Pimpri because it feels like a real neighborhood.
