We are based in Flat No. 43, located in the S. No. 13/4/5 area of Anand Park. It’s right in Anand Nagar on Sinhagad Road here in Pune. Being in a flat gives our office a very different feel than a typical commercial building. It’s more like a home that we’ve turned into a workspace for Think People Solutions Pvt. Ltd. We have desks set up in what would be the living room and the bedrooms. It’s a bit cozy, especially when all of us are in at the same time. Sinhagad Road is notoriously busy, so the noise of the traffic is always there in the background. We have a small balcony where some of us go to take a break or have a quick snack. The kitchen is mostly used for storing files and making endless rounds of tea. We don't have a big corporate sign out front, just a small nameplate. It’s a very low-key operation. We find that working in a residential area makes the day feel a bit more relaxed. We don't wear suits or anything like that. It’s just jeans and t-shirts mostly. We spend our hours talking to people and working on our laptops. It’s a simple, honest way to run a business. We like it here in Anand Park because it feels like being part of a real neighborhood while we work.
