Thermax India Ltd has a spot here at 15/8, Shree Ram Colony, specifically in the Tapodham area near Varje Jakat Naka. It is a busy part of Varje Malawadi. Being based here means we see a lot of the local traffic and the daily life of the colony. The office is pretty straightforward. We have desks, some old files, and a lot of work to get through. The location is quite handy because of the Naka nearby, so it is easy to explain to people where we are. We have been in this part of Pune for a bit now. Most of our day is spent on the phone or working through various projects that come across our desks. There is always noise from the street outside, which is just part of being in Varje. We do not have any big slogans on the walls. It is just a workspace where the team gathers. People know us in the neighborhood as the Thermax folks. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the paperwork piles up when we are busy. It feels like a real community around here in Shree Ram Colony. We just open up in the morning and stay until the work is finished for the day. It is a practical way to run things.
