The Learning Curve, Kalyani Nagar

We’ve been here at Bungalow No. 6 in Samarth Housing Society for a while now. It’s a nice enough spot right on Central Avenue, tucked away just enough from the main noise of the neighborhood. If you’re looking for us, we’re directly opposite the HDFC Bank in Kalyani Nagar, which usually makes it easy for people to find the front gate. The bungalow has that old Pune feel to it, which is something we actually like. Most mornings start with the staff getting things ready before the kids start trickling in. It’s usually pretty quiet until about 8:30, then the whole place wakes up. We don’t have fancy glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a regular house turned into a space for learning. The garden area gets a bit messy when it rains, but the kids don't seem to mind the mud too much. We spend a lot of time just keeping up with the daily schedule. Sometimes the traffic outside near the bank gets a bit heavy during the evening rush, but inside the society, it stays fairly calm. It’s not a huge corporate setup. We just have our rooms set up for the different groups and we try to keep things organized. Some of us have been working here for years and we know the neighbors well. It’s just a local place doing its thing in this part of Kalyani Nagar. We don't really have a big team, just a few of us.
