The Interior World

We are based in Pune, over in Karve Nagar. Specifically, you can find us in the Hingne Home Colony on Karve Road. The Interior World is basically what it sounds like. We work on the inside of houses and offices to make them functional. It’s a lot of measuring floors and picking out materials that won’t break the bank but still look decent. We’ve lived and worked in Pune for a long time, so we know what the weather does to different kinds of wood and paint. Our shop isn't anything too fancy, just a place where we keep our samples and meet with people to talk about their homes. Sometimes we have wood shavings on the floor or stacks of tiles in the corner. That’s just how it is when you’re actually doing the work. We don't spend much time on fancy advertising. Most of the people who come to us are just neighbors or people who heard about us from someone else in Karve Nagar. We just try to get the cabinets straight and the colors right. It’s busy work and involves a lot of phone calls to suppliers. We like the challenge of fitting everything into a small Pune apartment. It’s just us doing our thing every day, trying to make sure the work is solid and the customer is okay with it. We drink a lot of coffee while we work.
