Concur Architects & Interior Designers

Our place is on Nagar Road, specifically in the 1B section of Chandan Nagar. It’s easy to find if you know the area. We’ve been here at Concur for a while, focusing on both architecture and the interior side of things. It’s a decent sized space where we keep all our samples and drawings. I’m usually here along with a few others who help with the designs. We don't have a corporate vibe at all. It’s more like a workshop where we talk about wood types and floor plans. Every project starts with a lot of sketches that usually end up in the bin before we get it right. We work with a lot of local families who are moving into new apartments around here. They come in with ideas they saw somewhere and we try to make it work in their space. It’s a lot of measuring and re-measuring. The office gets a bit cluttered during the week with all the site reports piling up on the desks. We like being in Chandan Nagar because it’s growing so fast. There’s always a new building going up somewhere nearby. We just do our part by drawing things out and making sure the interiors look okay. It’s a job we enjoy, even when it’s stressful. Sometimes we just sit and drink coffee while looking at a particularly difficult floor plan.
