Our office is a row house in the Harshal Harmony society, which is tucked away in Ganesh Nagar, Dhayri. Working from a row house is nice because it feels more like a home than an office. We have a small garden area in front where we sometimes take our tea breaks. Most of what we do involves consulting and giving advice to other businesses. It’s a lot of sitting around the table, looking at files, and talking through problems. We don’t wear suits or anything fancy like that. Usually, it’s just jeans and shirts. Dhayri is a growing part of Pune, so it’s getting busier, but our little corner remains relatively quiet. We don't have a big sign outside or a fancy lobby. If you walked past, you might just think it’s another house. We like it that way because it keeps things low-key. We’ve got a small team, and we all know each other’s families and what’s going on in our lives. We don't follow a strict corporate manual. If something needs to be done, someone just picks it up and does it. It's a very direct way of working. We spend our days mostly on the computer or on the phone, trying to help our clients make sense of their projects. It’s simple, honest work without any of the usual corporate fluff that you see in bigger cities.
