Terttulia

Terttulia is at Koregaon Park 333. This neighborhood is always moving, so there is usually something going on right outside our doors. The building itself has been here for a while. We spend a lot of time just keeping up with the daily flow of things. In the mornings, we get the tables set up and check that everything is in its place. It’s a lot of routine work like polishing the glass and making sure the chairs are straight. Koregaon Park has a certain feel to it, and we are just one part of that. We get a mix of people coming in, some who stay for a long time and others who are just in and out. The light inside changes throughout the day as the sun moves over the trees outside. We don't try to be anything too fancy, even if the area is popular. It’s more about just being a reliable spot where you know what to expect. On the weekends, it gets much busier, and we have to move a lot faster. But during the weekdays, it’s a bit more manageable. We have our regulars who have their favorite corners to sit in. It’s a busy life, and there’s always something that needs fixing or cleaning. We just take it one day at a time and keep the place running as best as we can. It is just how we do things here.
