You can find us at 40/22 10 Janhavi Apartment on Prabhat Road in the Erandwane part of Pune. We are tucked away in Bhonde Colony, which is a fairly peaceful spot compared to the rest of the city. Being near Shamrao Kalmadi High School means we hear the school bells and kids during the day, which gives the neighborhood a nice, lived-in feel. Our office is a typical architect’s space. There are big tables for laying out blueprints and computers that stay on all day for the CAD drawings. We’ve been here at Telesis for quite a while, and the walls are covered with sketches and old project photos that have faded over time. We don't have a fancy lobby or a lot of promotional materials lying around. Instead, we have piles of site reports and building codes that we have to check constantly. The team is pretty tight-knit. We spend a lot of time debating where a staircase should go or how to handle a difficult corner in a floor plan. It’s not always pretty, and sometimes we have disagreements about the best way to draw something, but we always figure it out. We just do architecture and design in a way that makes sense for the people who are going to live in those buildings. It's a lot of hard work and late nights, but that's just part of the job on Prabhat Road. We keep things grounded and realistic.
