Teknovance Architectural Solutions

You can find Teknovance Architectural Solutions over at Montvert Finesse. We are in the B2 building, up on the fourth floor in flat 402. It’s a decent area of Pune to work in. We’ve been doing this for a while, mostly helping people figure out how to build or renovate their spaces. We deal with a lot of the technical side of things, making sure everything is structurally sound and follows the rules. It’s not just drawing pretty pictures; there is a lot of math and planning involved. Our office is usually filled with samples of materials and stacks of plans. We tend to work long hours when a deadline is coming up, but that’s just how the industry is. We aren't a giant firm, just a dedicated group of people who know our way around a construction site. We spend time talking to engineers and contractors to make sure what we put on paper actually gets built correctly. It can be a bit stressful when things don't go exactly as planned on-site, but we usually find a way to sort it out. We like being in this part of town because it’s easy to get around to different projects. We just focus on getting the job done right for whoever walks through the door. Montvert Finesse is a nice building to be based in. We find that being in this part of Pune makes it easy to visit sites in the suburbs without too much trouble. We take our work seriously but we don't act like we know everything. We're always learning something new from the masons and the carpenters on the job. It’s a collaborative effort to get a building finished properly.
