This place is right at Rakshanagar Gold on Kharadi Road. We’re directly opposite the Zensar company, which is a big landmark everyone uses to find us. We’ve been Tek Electromechanical Pvt Ltd for quite some time now. The address has that date, 01.03.1974, which I guess is when things started or when the building was a thing. It’s a bit of a crowded area especially during the morning rush. Kharadi has grown so much. Our office isn't some high-tech lounge. It’s got tools, desks, and people who know their way around a machine. We handle the electromechanical side of things. It’s dusty work sometimes. You see the same faces every day in the parking lot. We’ve got a few cabinets full of old files and some newer computers that we try to keep running. Sometimes the tea stall nearby is the highlight of the afternoon. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations or anything. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint if we ever got around to it. But for now, the work is what matters. Being in Rakshanagar is convenient because most of us live nearby anyway. It saves on the commute. We just open the shutters, get the coffee going, and start the day. It’s a simple operation really. No need for anything more than that to get the job done right here in Pune.
