Our place is located at S. No.-47 in Shindewadi. It's right behind the Mahatma Phule High School, which makes it easy to find if you’re in the Tal. Bhor area. Tejal Transmissions Pvt Ltd is a bit of a mouthful, but we just think of it as our daily workplace. We deal with transmissions and mechanical parts. The school nearby means it’s quiet in the mornings until the kids arrive, and then it gets lively. We’ve been at this location for some time now. Shindewadi is a decent place to work out of, not too crowded but close enough to everything we need. The building isn't anything special to look at from the outside, just a standard industrial unit where we keep our stuff and machines. Inside, we have our workstations and some old desks for the paperwork. We spend a lot of time looking at gears and metal parts. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons, so we usually have the fans going full blast. We just try to get through the orders we have on the list. People sometimes stop by to ask for directions because of the high school being so close. We don't have a big sales team or a glossy brochure to hand out. It’s just us working with the machines and making sure the transmissions are handled. It’s a steady pace most weeks. We take our breaks together and talk about whatever is going on.
