Technosys Staffing Services is just a small group of us working out of an office here in Pune. We’ve been at this for a while now, and honestly, most days are just spent staring at computer screens and answering the phone when it decides to ring. It’s not a fancy setup with glass walls or anything like that. We just have a few desks, some old chairs, and a lot of files that need organizing. Pune is a big city and there are always people looking for work, so we try to keep up as best as we can. We don't have any big slogans or missions. We just sit here and look through resumes to see if anyone fits what the local companies are asking for. Sometimes we find a good match and it feels alright. Other days, we just deal with a lot of paperwork that never seems to end. The office gets a bit warm in the afternoons because the fan is kind of slow, but we get by. We aren't a big corporate chain. We’re just a local business trying to do our part. People stop by sometimes just to ask about openings, and we tell them what we know. It’s mostly just us drinking tea and making calls. We don't make any big promises because that’s not how things work. We just do the work day by day and hope for the best. We keep our records in simple folders and don't bother with anything too technical.
