We are located at D 109 in Hadapsar. It’s a busy part of town and we’ve been here for quite some time now. Most days start early with people dropping off their resumes or asking about what jobs are available this week. We handle a lot of different requests from local companies looking for staff. It is not always easy matching the right person to the right spot, but we do our part. The office gets a bit cramped when there are many people waiting, but we manage. You can hear the traffic from the main road all day long. We don’t have any fancy reception or anything like that. Just a few desks, some chairs for people to sit while they wait, and a lot of filing cabinets filled with papers. Hadapsar has grown so much lately, so there is always someone new walking through the door. We spend a lot of time on the phone, talking to managers and trying to figure out who needs help where. It’s just regular work, really. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, but that’s just how things go around here. We try to be helpful when we can. Some days are slower than others, which gives us time to organize the records and clear off the desks. We aren't trying to be some huge corporation; we just focus on the people who come into our office at D 109.
