Our office is over in the Mantri Niketan building, specifically Flat 7B in Building D. We’re right near the Dapodi bus stand, so it’s easy to find if you’re coming by public transport. We’ve been doing this placement and research work in Pune for some time. It’s a lot of sitting and looking through data to see which person fits which job. We don’t have a big sign outside or a receptionist with a headset. Usually, you just knock on the door and one of us will look up from a computer. It gets a bit dusty in the office because of the road nearby, but we keep the fans going. We focus on the research part because that’s what actually helps people find work. It’s not just about luck. We look at the details. Sometimes we get stuck on a difficult file and stay late, but mostly we try to be out by a decent hour. The tea guy around the corner knows exactly how we like our drinks by now. We aren't some massive company with branches everywhere. We’re just here in Dapodi doing our thing. Some people think recruitment is just about talking, but there’s a lot of typing and checking facts involved. We just take it one day at a time and try to keep our records straight. It’s honest work and it keeps us occupied. We've helped a fair number of folks around Pune over the years.
