Teamlease Services Pvt.Ltd is based in Pune, specifically at 203 in the Tirupati Triveni Housing Society. We are tucked away in Anand Park, which is off Dhanori Road in the Vishrantwadi area. It’s a residential neighborhood, so it doesn’t really feel like a corporate hub, which we actually like because it is quieter. The building is a bit older and the elevator can be a bit cranky sometimes, so a few of us just take the stairs to the second floor to save time. Our office has a view of the street, so we see all the traffic piling up on Dhanori Road during the rush hour. It can get pretty noisy with the horns honking, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. Inside, it’s just a bunch of desks pushed together and a small pantry where the kettle is always on for coffee. We spend our days sorting through local requests and keeping the records straight for everyone. There isn't any fancy signage out front, just a small plate near the door. The housing society has its own rhythm, with people coming and going, and we’re just a small part of that daily flow. We don't have a big team here, just a handful of us who know how everything works. It’s a comfortable enough place to spend the day, even if the walls could use a fresh coat of paint. We just keep working through whatever comes our way until it is time to leave.
