We operate out of Koregaon Park in Pune. It’s a very busy area, so there’s always something happening outside the windows. Teamlease Services Pvt Ltd has been here for a bit now. We spend our time looking for people to fill jobs for other companies. It’s a lot of scanning through resumes and making calls to see if someone is still looking for work. The office is usually full of the sound of typing. We don't have a lot of decorations on the walls, just the stuff we need to get through the day. Koregaon Park is a nice place to work because there are plenty of spots to grab a quick snack during breaks. Our daily routine is pretty set. We come in, check the emails, and start matching names to roles. It can be a bit repetitive, but it’s what we do. We have a few different departments, but we all end up helping each other when things get busy. It’s a professional environment but we keep it pretty relaxed among ourselves. No one wears suits unless they really have to for a meeting. We focus on the task at hand. Sometimes the air conditioner makes a weird noise, but we’ve gotten used to it. It’s just a regular office life in a busy part of Pune. We try to keep the paperwork organized, but it's a constant battle.
