You can find us in Sadashiv Peth, tucked behind the Nilayam Talkies. Our office is in the Vrindava Bunglow, house number 2163. It’s a bit of an old-school Pune neighborhood, which we really like. Teamlease Services has been around for a bit, helping folks find work or helping companies find staff. It’s not a high-rise office building. It’s a bungalow, so it feels a bit more like a home than a workplace. We have different rooms for different tasks. Sometimes it’s a bit chaotic with people coming in for interviews or just to ask about jobs. The area is usually busy with people going to the movies or the shops nearby. We don't use a lot of big words or try to act like we are some huge global entity. We are just here in Pune, doing what we can. We have desks and chairs and a lot of paper everywhere. Sometimes we have to hunt for a pen that actually works. It’s a very human way to run a business. We get to know the people who come through our doors quite well. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that. We just want to make sure people get placed in jobs where they can earn a living. It’s simple work, but it matters to the people we help. We’re just part of the local scene in Sadashiv Peth. Most days we are just busy with the phone and the files.
