Team Lease Staffing operates from Flat No 11 on the second floor of the Nilesh Complex. We are located right next to Grace High School in the Kondhwa area of Pune. Our office is a straightforward workspace that used to be a regular apartment. Because we are right next to the school, we can often hear the kids playing and the bells ringing, which is a nice change from the usual office silence. The Nilesh Complex is a busy building, and we have been here for a good amount of time. Inside our office, things are pretty simple. We have our desks set up for staffing work, and there are always plenty of files to go through. It’s not a flashy environment, but it is comfortable enough for us to get through our daily tasks. We spend a lot of time talking to candidates and trying to sort out schedules. It’s a lot of manual work, and we don’t use any complicated systems. We just talk to people and write things down. Sometimes the stairs up to the second floor feel a bit steep at the end of a long day, but it’s good for us. We’ve become a part of the neighborhood here in Kondhwa, and we know many of the other people in the complex. It’s an honest, everyday kind of business. We don't try to dress it up; we just focus on the staffing work that needs to be done.
