If you are looking for us in Pune, we are situated in the Durrani Complex. It’s in the Kondhwa Khurd area, which has changed a lot over the years. We are on the first floor, in Flat Number 14 of Wing J. It’s a bit of a walk through the complex to find our specific wing, but most of the security guards can point you in the right direction if you get lost. The office isn't very big, but it’s enough for the small team we have here. We spend most of our time dealing with various service requests and keeping our records updated. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we haven't really gotten around to it yet because we stay so busy most of the time. We have a small balcony where we keep a few plants, though they don't always look very healthy. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed most of the time. We don't wear suits or anything like that. It's more of a shirt and jeans kind of place. People in the complex are friendly enough, and we usually get our chai from the shop just outside the main gate. Working in Kondhwa means we avoid some of the worst traffic in the city center, which everyone here appreciates. We just try to keep things moving and help out where we can without making a big fuss about it. It’s just a normal day-to-day operation for us in this part of Pune.
