Our place is over in Kondwa, specifically at Flat No. 06 in Mettha Nagar. Abhijit Mane is usually around here. It is a pretty straightforward setup in Pune. We deal with HR stuff, which basically means a lot of phone calls and looking through piles of resumes. People are always looking for work, and companies are always looking for people, so we stay pretty busy. The flat is a quiet spot to work, which is good because Pune can get very noisy. We aren't a big corporate office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a regular building where we sit and do our tasks. Sometimes the internet acts up, or we run out of tea, and that’s just how it goes. We talk to people from all over the city who are trying to find their next step. It is interesting to hear their stories and see what they are looking for. We spend a lot of time on the computer and talking on the phone. It is simple work but it takes time to get it right. We have been in this part of Pune for a bit now and we know the local shops nearby. It’s a decent area to work in. We don’t have a big mission statement or anything like that. We just show up in the morning, handle the files, and try to help people find where they need to go next.
