We are located in Somwar Peth, right inside Pathak Wada at office 310. This part of Pune has a lot of history, and the building reflects that. It is not your typical glass-and-steel office. We operate as Team Hr Services Ltd., A Randstad Co., but the vibe here is much more local. Mr. Saiprasad Natarajan is the main person here. Working in a place like Pathak Wada means you deal with the narrow lanes and the old-school Pune atmosphere every day. It is quite different from the IT parks in Hinjewadi. Our desks are usually covered in resumes and folders. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting people who are looking for a change in their careers. It can get pretty hectic when a lot of people show up at once for interviews. The walls are a bit plain, and we could probably use a few more chairs in the waiting area, but we manage. Most of us take the bus or ride our bikes to get here through the city traffic. It is a straightforward operation. We help find people for jobs and jobs for people. No big speeches or corporate slogans on the walls. Just some folks in an old Pune neighborhood trying to keep the recruitment process moving along as smoothly as possible. The tea guy comes by around four, which is usually a good break for everyone in the office.
