We are Team Hr Services Limited, and we are part of the Randstad group. Our office is located at B-21, Siddharth Estate, near Joggers Park. We are in unit 208 in Kalyani Nagar, Pune. The pincode here is 411006. Kalyani Nagar is a nice part of Pune with a lot of activity and some greenery. We handle human resources and staffing services. Even though we are part of a bigger company, our daily life here is pretty straightforward. We spend our hours talking to candidates and companies about job openings. It’s a lot of phone work and sitting at our computers. We don't use much of that corporate lingo that sounds too polished. We just try to be clear and honest with people. Joggers Park is right there, so it’s nice to see some trees outside. The office is in a decent estate, but inside it’s just a regular workplace with desks and a lot of paper. Some days it feels like we are doing the same thing over and over, but every person we talk to is different. We have a small team here in Pune. We just focus on getting the right people into the right jobs without making a big fuss about it. It’s a busy life, and we are always trying to keep up with the different roles we need to fill. We’ve been here for a while and know the area well. It's just a regular day's work.
