Tdp Experts Manpower Services is located in Dighi, which is on the outskirts of Pune. Our office is in a building called Atharva, inside Vinayak Park on the Pune-Alandi Road. This area is quite different from the main city center. It’s a bit more open and has a lot of industrial units nearby. We focus on manpower services, helping various companies find the right staff for their needs. Because we're on the Alandi Road, we get a lot of people passing through. The office isn't fancy; it’s just a practical space where we can sit down and talk to candidates. We have a few desks, some chairs for visitors, and lots of files stacked up. It’s a family-run kind of feel, even though we are a private limited company. We don’t believe in overcomplicating things. If someone needs a job and a factory needs a worker, we try to bridge that gap. The traffic on the road can be heavy with all the trucks going towards Alandi, but it’s a good location for what we do. We’ve been here for several years now and we know the local landscape pretty well. Most of our day is spent on the phone or interviewing people who walk in. It's honest work and we take it one day at a time. We're just regular people trying to run a helpful business in Dighi.
