Tathe Farmer Producer Company Limited is run out of Ward Number 01, House Number 375. We are located in the Soyagaon area of Buldhana. It’s a pretty standard neighborhood and our office is just a part of the house there. We are a group of farmers who decided it was better to work as a company than to do everything alone. It’s a lot of work but it’s what we know. In Buldhana, the farming life is what most people do. We spend our days checking on the crops and talking to the other farmers in our group. Sometimes we meet at the house to go over the numbers or plan for the next planting. It’s not a formal place. You might find us sitting around having tea and discussing the price of seeds. We don’t have a big sign or a fancy lobby. We just have our tools and our land. The work is steady and it keeps us occupied all year round. We deal with the local markets and try to get a fair price for what we grow. It is honest work and we have been at it for a while now. Most of the people in Soyagaon know us by name. We just keep our heads down and try to keep everything running smooth. That’s really all there is to it for us. We've been here for a long time.
