We are located up on the 9th floor of the Concord Proxima building in Baner. The specific address is Flat B-904, which is part of Survey Number 85A. Being this high up gives us a pretty good view of the surrounding area, which is developing really fast. Baner has changed a lot lately, and we’re right in the middle of it. The office itself is inside a modern building, but we try to keep things down to earth inside. It’s a busy place with people always on the phone or in front of screens. Since it’s a residential-style flat used for work, it has a bit of a homey feel despite being in a tall building. We have a small kitchen area where we grab our water and tea. The elevator can be a bit slow during the morning rush, so we’ve learned to be patient. Most of us live nearby or commute from other parts of Pune. We aren't big on formalities here; we just want to get the work done correctly. It’s a functional space that suits the way we operate. There are plenty of cafes around if we need to step out for a bit. It’s just a normal day-to-day operation where everyone knows what they need to do. Some days the clouds are really low and it looks cool from up here. We’ve been in this spot long enough to see the skyline change.
