Our spot is in Pawar Heights, specifically F/8, near Shankar Math in the Hadapsar area of Pune. The pin code is 411013. It’s a busy part of town, so there is always noise from the traffic. We’ve been operating out of this building for a while now. Inside, it’s just us and the rows of electronics. We don't really have a fancy philosophy or anything like that. We just come in, unlock the doors, and get to work. Most days involve unboxing new shipments or helping someone find a specific cable they lost. The floors need sweeping more often than we’d like because of all the foot traffic. We have a small desk where we handle the billing and the repairs that come in. It isn't the biggest place, but we fit a lot of stuff in here. The guys working the floor are local, so they know the shortcuts around Hadapsar. We try to keep things simple. If something is broken, we look at it. If someone needs a new TV, we show them what we have on the floor. It is pretty basic. We don't spend time on big meetings. Usually, we are just talking about what to have for lunch or which shelf needs restocking next. That’s the reality of the shop here at Pawar Heights. It isn't much to look at from the outside, but we are here every day anyway. Just a normal team doing normal things.
