We are located at 16 Ratan Enclave on B.T. Kawde Road in Pune. It’s in the Kalashankar area, which is usually buzzing with activity throughout the day. We focus on staffing, which basically means we spend our whole day talking to people looking for jobs and companies looking for workers. It’s a lot of coordination, phone calls, and emails. Pune is a great city, but the traffic on B.T. Kawde Road can be a real headache during peak hours when everyone is rushing around. Our office in Ratan Enclave is where all the work happens. It is a straightforward place. We have desks, computers, and a lot of folders. We don’t really go in for those modern office gimmicks like bean bags or pool tables. We just focus on the task of getting people hired. Sometimes the rainy season makes getting to the office a bit of a challenge with the mud and traffic, but we still show up and get to it. It’s just a small group of us here. We know each other well and we know the local job market even better. If you need to find us, just look for the enclave on the main road. We’re usually there until late making sure everyone gets a call back and the paperwork is sorted. It is just a regular Pune business doing its thing day in and day out without much drama.
