Tanvi Ladies Beauty Parlour

We set up Tanvi Ladies Beauty Parlour at Survey No 301 in Mahatma Phule Peth. We are quite close to Parachi Talim, which is a good landmark for anyone trying to find us. This part of Pune is always full of life, and our shop is no different. It’s a small space, just enough for two or three customers at a time. I have a few mirrors on the walls and some shelves where I keep the creams and combs. It’s not a place for luxury treatments; we just do the basics like threading, waxing, and simple haircuts. Most of the women who come here live just a few streets away. We end up talking about our families and what’s happening in the market while I work. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit in the afternoon, and we just open the door wide to let the light in. The floor is easy to clean, which is good because there’s always hair to sweep up. I’ve been running this place for a few years now and it feels like a second home. I usually keep a few magazines on the table, though they are quite old by now. It’s just a simple, honest setup for the local ladies to get their grooming done without any fuss. It’s hard work being on my feet all day, but I enjoy the company of my regulars.
